Computers, WiFi, and Printing
We offer a variety of ways to access the Internet and other programs you may need. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to ask a librarian.
The Library provides computers for public use with Internet access, online databases, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint). They are located on the second floor of the Library. The Children’s Room has computers for Internet access, but are reserved for children or families with children. The Library’s catalog is available at any computer in the building.
Bring your own laptop computer or other Wi-Fi devices to the Library and use our wireless network throughout the building. Staff at the Reference Desk can offer limited troubleshooting and technical support if you cannot connect to the Library’s Wi-Fi.
Important: When you use our computers and wireless network, you agree to abide by our Internet Policy.
Printing is available at $.10/page and you may print in black and white or color without an additional cost.
Photocopiers & Fax Machine
There are photocopiers available on the first and second floor of the Library. Both machines make black & white copies on standard letter (8.5 x 11) or legal (8.5 x 14) paper. They can also reduce or enlarge copies. The charge to use our photocopiers are $0.10 per copy.
Our fax is located on the first floor next to one of our photocopiers. There is no charge to use the Library’s fax machine, but you are more than welcome to make a donation to the Library.
The first floor photocopier can scan documents to an email or USB drive. There is no charge to use the scanner. We are happy to help if you require any assistance.
The Library has two charging stations for charging up your various electronic devices. These were generously donated by the EBSCO Professional Partnership Group. These charging stations can quickly charge up to 95% of the phones and devices on the market—including iPads, iPhones, Androids, Kindles and more! One charging station is located near our computers in the Reference Area and the other is located in our Teen/Community Room. If you need any assistance with these charging stations, please do not hesitate to ask a librarian.
