Teens

The Young Adult Department is here for teens in grades 6-12. The teen collection is filled with books to suit many reading tastes: contemporary realistic fiction, fantasy and science fiction, historical fiction, classics, manga, and graphic novel. In addition to our YA collection, we offer a variety of events for teens.

Our brand new Community Room now offers teen hours.  On Mondays – Wednesdays and Fridays, the community room is open for use for grades 6-12.  The room is open from 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm.  The community room has computers and a PS4 for use.  (All teens must have a signed permission slip to play the PS4.)  There are tables, beanbags and board games available.  Come hang out!
