Twice a year, the Friends of the Library conduct the much-loved community book sales (usually in the spring and the fall) at the Library, offering donated materials for bargain-basement prices.
Clear your shelves by donating, shop the sale for new books, music, and games… and know that you are supporting your library!
Donations can include books, DVDs, CDs, vinyl records, puzzles, board games, audiobooks. In each case, the item must be gently used and free from mold. Before donating, ask yourself if you’d be comfortable giving the item to a family member or friend. If yes, then we will be happy to include it in the sale.
The Friends welcome volunteers to support these wonderful events. Volunteers are needed to help with sorting donations, setting up the sale, staffing the sale, and cleaning up afterward.
- For more information about volunteering at a book sale, please send an email to the Friends!
- All Book Sale volunteers receive a free book at the sale!
