There is currently a known issue in Libby that is causing a verification loop when users attempt to authenticate their library cards.

OverDrive/Libby technical support is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. In the meantime, OverDrive has provided a workaround that may help resolve the issue while a permanent solution is being developed.

Please note that there is currently no estimated timeline for a resolution.
