Light & Shadow by Jude Abbe

The Georgetown Peabody Library is pleased to host Light & Shadow, an art exhibit by Jude Abbe for the months of April and May.

Artist Statement:

Born in Western MA, Jude’s impressionist oil paintings concentrate on the study of light and shadow. She studied with Roger Curtisof Glouchster, with workshops with Charles Movalli, Jonathan McPhillips, Mary Minifie, Christoper Zhang and othersy. She holds artist memberships in Lyme Art Association, North Shore Art Association and Rockport Art Assoc and Museum. She has exhibited throughout New England and NY. Her paintings have won many awards. Including the Grumbacher gold and Charles Movalli.
