Ages 6 months to 2 1/2 years Program will include two to three books, songs, finger-plays, and circle games.

Ages 2 to 5 (younger and older siblings are welcome) Three to four books will be read. Children and parents will also participate in songs, finger-plays, and a simple craft.

Come to a pajama story time at the library.  Books, songs and a quiet activity will be provided.  Wearing pajamas is encouraged.  This program is for all ages.

Chess Club at the library will be an informal gathering of students interested in playing chess with others.  A knowledge of how to play chess is recommended.   Students in 3rd – 6th grade are invited to sign up.  The chess boards and pieces will be provided.    No instruction will be available at this event. For students in 4 - 6 grade and their parents/guardians(optional).  Popcorn, book discussion, and a related activity will be offered. The book will be the graphic novel I Survived the Nazi Invasion, 1944.      

Come and read to Aston, a certified therapy dog.  This program is designed to help develop reading skills and is recommended for children who want to practice their reading fluency.
