Joanne Pearson is a professional photographer and formerly a  registered landscape architect in the state of Massachusetts where she  practiced for 12 years. Her photographs of gardens and landscapes  have been featured in numerous magazines and calendars including  Yankee, Vermont Life, Mahoney Publishing, BrownTrout Publishers Inc.  and Willow Creek Press.  

This lively virtual presentation brought to you by the Southwick Public Library features a beautiful slideshow of some of her favorite public and private gardens  in our region. She will be sharing with you the fascinating history of  these gardens and some valuable tips on garden design and  techniques for photographing flowers and gardens.
