Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a low-impact way to stay active, this class offers a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Who: Open to all ages and abilities. Chairs are provided, yoga mats are not needed.
When: Tuesdays at 12PM. 4-Week Series: 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, & 11/19
