Good Luck Haley!

Our Circulation Librarian, Haley Hart, has accepted the position of Head of Circulation at the Winchester Public Library. Her last day in Georgetown will be on Friday, September 2. We welcome the Georgetown community to come into the library on Friday, September 2 to say their farewells and congratulate Haley on her new position.

Haley has been a crucial part of our library for the past three years. Originally hired as our Teen Librarian, Haley switched into the Circulation Librarian role back in the spring and took off running. She’s reorganized the Circulation Department, introduced some new procedures to help keep things running smoothly, and is the creator of our ‘Meet the Staff’ and ‘Staff Recommendations’ posts among the various other tasks she does at our busy Circulation Desk!

The staff, the Friends, and the Trustees all wish her the best in her new job and thank her for all that she has done.
