Summer Reading

Thank you for participating in all our summer programs.  Please report your summer reading time (you do not have to report book titles, we only want time) by Tuesday, August 14th in order to win the Topsfield Prize.  You can continue reading for the additional book prizes until August 25th.

Elvis will be hiding t in the library until Friday, August 17th.

Read to Me –   Birth through going to Preschool in the fall.

  • 600        minutes (10 hours) of reading – free book
  • 1200       minutes (20 hours) – library prize package
  • 1800 +   minutes (30 hours) – prizes above and a second book

Summer Reading Challenge  –  children entering K through 6th grade

  • 1200       minutes (20 hours) – a prize package from the  Topsfield Fair (includes a ribbon, free admission ticket, a voucher good for a free hotdog and soda, and 2 free ride tickets)  One per child.
  • 1800       minutes (30 hours) – prizes above and a second book

For the Topsfield Fair prize you must report your reading time by  August 14thYou can continue reading for the additional book prizes until August 25th.

Prizes will be available at the Georgetown Peabody Library August 21st through September 8th.

What can I read?
You can read books, magazines, comic books, cereal boxes, etc., have someone read to you, or  listen to audio books.  READ WHAT INTERESTS YOU.

He will be hiding every week in the library starting July 2.
