Teen Book Club with GYCC

In collaboration with the Georgetown Youth Community Center, we are holding a book club for teens monthly during the spring. Starting Wednesday, April 7th we will be meeting virtually to chat about interesting books for teens. Your Teen Librarian has chosen the first book, but at the end of each meeting we, as a group, will decide what the next book will be. For the first meeting we’ll be discussing Refugee by Alan Gratz. To get a copy from the library you can place it on hold on our website, or email hhart@georgetownpl.org.

Please register for this event at georgetownyouth.org. For other programs put on by the Georgetown Youth Community Center, check out their website georgetownyouth.org!

Queer Book Club via Zoom

Join us for the first meeting of GPL’s Queer Book Club for teens! We will choose our first book during this meeting and discuss the future of this club! The book club will meet the first Tuesday of every month to discuss a book that focuses on LGBTQ+ characters and topics! Everyone is welcome, regardless of how you identify! Register today!
