Chair Yoga Series – Starting Tuesday, February 4 at 12PM

This class is perfect for those looking to improve flexibility, balance, and strength while staying seated or using a chair for support. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a low-impact way to stay active, this class offers a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Who: Open to all ages and abilities. Chairs are provided, yoga mats are not needed.
When: Tuesdays at 12PM. 4-Week Series: 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, & 2/25
