Need a Library Card?

Are you a Georgetown resident who does not have a card or whose card is no longer in our system? You can either come to the library to register for a card or register for a library card via the form below. This will allow you to use our many online resources!

Your temporary card will expire in six months. You can come to the library with proof of residence to get your physical library card. We will also extend your card’s expiration date at that time.

Please fill out the form below and we will email you back with your library card number within 24-48 hours during the week, longer on weekends. If you have any questions about this, please email info@georgetownpl.org
