Adult Cooking Classes – Mondays, Oct. 28 & Nov. 4 at 6:30 PM
This hands on cooking class shows how healthy eating is both fun and delicious. Join Nutritionist Anna Tourkakis as she guides you through simple cooking techniques for any time cooking. A tasty 3 course meal – salad, entree and dessert – is created with everyday nutritious ingredients and sampled by the participants.
Take delight in cooking recipes such as: Orzo pasta salad, Fields of greens with black grapes and Farmer cheese, vegetable frittata, quesadillas, crepes with cannoli cream filling and fruit, caramelized apples with ginger and walnuts. Learn about ingredients, techniques and food pairing in this one hour active cooking class. Adults deserve to have fun cooking too!
Registration is required. Limited to 12 participants.
Attendees must be able to attend both cooking classes!
