Teen Tuesdays:
Come in most Tuesdays from 3-4pm for a teen only event.

2nd Tuesday of the month: Teen Book Club (grades 9-12)
3rd Tuesday of the month: Anime Club (reg. required)

Cam’s down-and-out father gives him a cardboard box for his birthday and he knows it’s the worst present ever. Come in every 2nd Tuesday of the month to enjoy snacks and discussion about the book club pick. The book of the month is: Nimona by Noelle Stevenson.

Their mission: prove to the kingdom that Sir Ambrosius Goldenloin and his buddies at the Institution of Law Enforcement and Heroics aren’t the heroes everyone thinks they are.

But as small acts of mischief escalate into a vicious battle, Lord Blackheart realizes that Nimona’s powers are as murky and mysterious as her past. And her unpredictable wild side might be more dangerous than he is willing to admit.

Anime Club – Tues., Nov. 17 – 3-4:30pm

anime-clubMeet up with friends every 3rd Tuesday of the month to watch anime, read manga and enjoy snacks.  All shows/movies will be rated PG-12 and below.  Feel free to bring your own sketchbooks or handheld gaming systems to play while you watch.

Craft & Create – Tues., Nov. 24 – 3-4pm

background_craft_2Get your creative side on every 4th Tuesday of the month.  Make a craft set to a different theme each month.

Movie: Jurassic World – Tues. Nov. 10 @ 4:15 pm

jurassic-world-logoDrop in for this great movie.  It’s rated PG 13.  Anyone grades 6 – adult are welcome to join.  The run time of the film is 2 hours and 4 minutes.

Located off the coast of Costa Rica, the Jurassic World luxury resort provides a habitat for an array of genetically engineered dinosaurs, including the vicious and intelligent Indominus rex. When the massive creature escapes, it sets off a chain reaction that causes the other dinos to run amok. Now, it’s up to a former military man and animal expert (Chris Pratt) to use his special skills to save two young brothers and the rest of the tourists from an all-out, prehistoric assault.
