Library summer schedule

Sign up for the Summer Reading Program and the Bruins’ You Read You Score Program!

Who:      Georgetown kids, ages birth-6th grade
When:    Begins Monday, June 17th
Where:   At the Georgetown Library or online at www.readsinma.org/georgetown.
How:     Keep track of how much time you read, or that someone reads to you.   Report your progress online or bring your reading log to the library.

The prizes are:

10 hours of reading – free book.

20 hours – a prize package from the Topsfield Fair (including a ribbon, free admission
ticket for children 8 through 13, a voucher good for a free hotdog and soda,
and free ride tickets).

30 + hours – prizes above and a second book.

For Topsfield Fair prize, you must report your hours between August 1st and August 13th.You can continue reading for the additional book prizes until August 23rd.

The prizes will be available at the library August 20th through September 6th.

The Wall of Reviews

Tell us what you think about the books you read!   Come into the library and write a review or post it on your online summer reading account.  The reviews will be hung on the wall in the children’s room.  Every time a review is submitted your name will be entered into a drawing for a Jabberwocky Bookshop gift certificate.
