New Year Health Refresh (4 Week Series)

  • Are you ready to make changes to your eating habits but get confused by all the conflicting information out there?
  • Do you want to get to the root of your issues and make lasting changes, not just temporary ones?

Join Alethea Copelas, Certified Holistic Health Counselor in this 4-week program as she works with you to tune into your bigger “WHY” when it comes to your overall health so you can stop with the yo-yo dieting, self-sabotage and any limiting beliefs that may be standing in the way from you reaching your goals.  Each week will focus on a different topic to support you on your journey: Goal Setting, The Three Keys to Health and Wellness, Cravings and How to Kick them to the Curb, and The Stress Connection to Weight Loss.

Registration is required for this workshop series. LIMITED TO 12 PEOPLE.
