New Year Health Refresh (4 week series)
Join Alethea Copelas, Certified Holistic Health Counselor in this 4-week program as she works with you to tune into your bigger “WHY” when it comes to your overall health so you can stop with the yo-yo dieting, self-sabotage and any limiting beliefs that may be standing in the way from you reaching your goals. Each week will focus on a different topic to support you on your journey: Goal Setting, The Three Keys to Health and Wellness, Cravings and How to Kick them to the Curb, and The Stress Connection to Weight Loss.
Tuesday, January 9, 16, 30 & Tuesday, February 6 from 6:30 to 8 pm.
