Gentle Yoga Class (4 Week Session)
Pauline Fabiano, 200-hour RYT, is back to do a 4 week session of a 60 minute gentle evening wind-down yoga class. This will take place on Tuesday nights starting on February 21 to March 14 from 6:45 to 7:45 pm.
This calming, stress-relieving session is good for all levels, and all are welcome and encouraged to come. We will spend time warming up, stretching, and slowly moving into yoga poses. We will move at a slow and relaxing pace focusing on alignment, restoration, and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat and water (if you don’t have a yoga mat a large towel can also be used).
Registration is required as space is limited for this class. Participants MUST be able to attend all 4 sessions in order to sign up.
