Yoga for Teens – August 13
There’s still room in the yoga session happening on Wednesday August 13 at 6:30 pm! Join Dale Sampson as she teaches poses, breathing practices, and some meditation techniques to help you maneuver the stresses in your life!
This program is open to teens in grades 6 through 12.
