Yoga for Teens – August 13

yogaThere’s still room in the yoga session happening on Wednesday August 13 at 6:30 pm! Join Dale Sampson as she teaches poses, breathing practices, and some meditation techniques to help you maneuver the stresses in your life!

This program is open to teens in grades 6 through 12.

Sign ups are required. Please call the library (978-352-5728) or come in to sign up!
