Yoga for Teens

yogaJoin Dale Sampson on Wednesday, July 23 & August 13 at 6:30 pm as she teaches poses, breathing practices, and some meditation techniques to help you maneuver the stresses in your life!

This program is open to teens in grades 6 through 12.

Sign ups are required for the yoga sessions. You may attend one session or both!

Please call the library (978-352-5728) or come in to sign up!
